personal site or a business startup then our beginner plan
which offers a generous 6 GB of transfer should be more than
enough. For professional businesses you can sign up for the
platinum plan for just under $10 you get 60 GB which is huge
even for the largest sites.

does additional server space and bandwidth cost, if I go over the limit ?
Extra space costs $1.00 per month for each additional 100 MB of server space. Additional
data transfer costs $1 per month for each additional GB.
What is
your level of uptime?
Uptime is averaged over the 12 months period excluding scheduled maintenance. We are
currently running at 99.9% uptime.
What
happens if I exceed my bandwidth quota ?
Your site will be suspended, until you either upgrade to another plan that gives more
bandwidth or you pay the charges for extra bandwidth. Additional data transfer costs $1/GB
per month.
Where do
I monitor my bandwidth usage?
Login to your account from Members area. The bandwidth meter will display as soon as you
enter your account control panel.
How do
you calculate bandwidth usage?
Bandwidth is allocated on a per month basis and varies with the hosting plan you choose.
Bandwidth includes, http, http, ftp, smtp, pop, etc To view a complete breakdown of your
months bandwidth usage after logging into the members area control panel , click on the
site traffic link on the left navigation menu, it will give you a detailed breakdown and
graphs of your usage.
How can I
keep my website from being shut down for high bandwidth usage?
If you have a busy website, we recommend that you check your bandwidth usage daily.
How do I
know if my website was disabled due to high bandwidth usage?
We will send you an email.
How do I
re-enable my website if it was disabled for exceeding my bandwidth limits?
Either pay for the extra bandwidth charges, which are
$4/gb/month or upgrade, to a higher level account than the one that you have signed for.
